What we get asked most often.
Is the Multi-property solution included in the subscription?
Yes. The Multi-property solution is included in your subscription, with no extra fees. Your Reservit subscription is still based on the type of property and the number of units, never on sales volume, and the software takes no commission. Details on the Pricing page.
How many properties can I group together?
As many as you have: there is no technical limit on the number of properties, from two properties to a province-wide network.
Do I have to sign in again to move from one property to another?
No. All your properties sit under one login: you move from one to the next without signing out.
Can I group different types of accommodation?
Yes. Hotels, motels, inns, lodges, chalets, campgrounds, outfitters and unusual stays: one account can hold several types with no separate setup.
Are the statistics of all my properties combined?
Yes. Reports cover the whole group or a single property, with nothing retyped, and can be grouped by region, by type of accommodation or by price range. See statistics and reports.
Can I limit what each user sees?
Yes. Access rights are set per user: an account sees the whole group, several properties or a single one, and only the pages and reports you open to it. An accountant’s access can be limited to financial reports.
How many users can I add?
As many as you like: the number of users is unlimited across the whole software. Reservit bills for the software, never per user, and everyone has their own login, with the rights their role calls for.
What happens when a property is full?
The booking engine queries your other properties and shows the guest what is still available, before they go elsewhere.
Can I apply one rate policy across the group?
Yes. You set a reference rate and each property’s share, then choose a strategy: single rate, by segment or a promotion across the group. Prices for all your properties are set from a single table.
Do bookings from every channel land in the same place?
Yes. The units of all your properties sit on the same calendar; every booking lands in it directly, whatever the sales channel. See reservation management.
Can housekeeping be run for several properties?
Yes. Today’s housekeeping sheet can bring together the units of all your properties: a team that moves from one property to another works from a shared board. See housekeeping.
Can I build my own booking page?
Yes. Our open APIs serve prices, availability and bookings for all your properties, along with their descriptions, services and promotions. The booking path keeps your brand guidelines, and a technical team supports you during integration and after. Reservit also has more than 300 partners available: see the partner catalogue.
How does setting up work?
We usually start with one pilot property, then add the others once the settings are approved. The schedule is agreed with you, and migration of your booking data is included in the setup price.
Is support handled from Canada?
Yes. Our Montreal team answers by phone and by email during business hours.
Multi-property: full fact sheet
What the solution does At a glance
Reservit is management software for tourist accommodation, founded in 1999, with a Canadian team based in Montreal. The Multi-property solution brings all your properties under one Reservit account: you move from one to the next without signing out, follow consolidated statistics, set each user’s access rights, and a full property offers the others to the guest. It is included, with no extra fees.
One account All your properties under one login
- Switch between properties without signing out.
- No technical limit on the number of properties, from two properties to a province-wide network.

Subscription and pricing How the price is set

- Included: the ten modules of the suite, more than 50 integrations with no usage fees, updates, onboarding, training and support from a team based in Canada, by phone or by email.
