Frequently asked questions
How many properties can I group together?
There is no technical limit. The console serves two addresses as readily as a regional network. Roll-out is sized with you when we review your scope.
Can I mix different types of accommodation?
Yes. Hotels, motels, inns, guesthouses, lodges, campgrounds and unusual stays: one network can hold several types with no separate setup.
How do access permissions work?
By profile and by scope. An account sees the whole network, several sites, or a single one. Each person reaches only what concerns them.
How long does setting up take?
It depends on your network. We usually start with one pilot property, then roll out the others once the settings are approved. The schedule is agreed with you.
Can reports be consolidated by region or by type?
Yes. You build your own views: by geographic area, by accommodation type, by price segment, or on any other useful criterion.
Can I add a property once the network is live?
Yes. A new site inherits the rate rules, the profiles and the reports already in place, then keeps whatever it needs of its own.
