The data we collect
Two types of data may be collected on www.reservit.com.
Data you send us directly
This is the data you send us yourself, through a contact form or by email. The “first and last name”, “message” and “email” fields are mandatory in the contact form.
Data collected automatically
When you visit the site, and once you have given your consent, we may collect web analytics information relating to your browsing: how long you stay, your IP address, and your browser type and version. The technology used is the cookie.
Back to contentsConfidentiality
Interface Technologies may use a user’s IP address, working with its hosting provider, in order to identify that user, where it considers this necessary to enforce its terms of use or to protect its services and its clients, or at the request of the judicial authorities.
Users are informed that, when they visit the site, a cookie may be installed automatically in their browser. A cookie is a block of data that does not identify the user, but records information about how they browse the site. Since cookies indirectly collect information about the user, users also hold a right to view, withdraw and amend that information.
Interface Technologies collects the email addresses of people who email us, and sends newsletters to those who have subscribed. Interface Technologies may also collect the information provided when users complete forms and surveys. That information may contain certain personal data, such as your address, your telephone numbers or your email address. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time, except where a commercial relationship with the company is ongoing.
Interface Technologies neither sells nor rents any personal data.
How we use your data
The data you send us directly is used to contact you back and to handle the request you have made.
Web analytics data is collected, after you consent to statistics, by Matomo (Matomo Cloud service, hosted in Europe, anonymised IP addresses) and by Google Analytics. It allows us to measure our website’s audience, page views and any errors, so that we can keep improving the experience for users. If you accept marketing cookies, Google Ads also measures how well our ads perform (for example, to know that a demo request followed an ad). Google processes this data in the United States.
This data is used by Interface Technologies, the data controller, and will never be passed on to a third party or used for any purpose other than those set out above.
Back to contentsLegal basis
Personal data is collected only after the user has given their consent. That consent is validly obtained, through buttons and tick boxes: freely given, clear and unambiguous.
Back to contentsCookies
Here is the list of cookies used and what each one is for.
