Three ways to run a site
Your ground, your rules.
A campsite does not sell the same thing three times over. Pick what you run, and the page shows what matters.
What matters for bare pitches
- Site map with pitch selection
- Filters on size, shade and hook-up
- Pricing by season and by occupancy
- Minimum stays and arrival days
- Deposit taken at booking
- Add-ons sold in the same basket

What matters for rental units
- Detailed record and gallery per unit
- One central availability calendar
- Distribution to booking platforms
- Housekeeping and inspections scheduled
- Staged payment before arrival
- Security deposit by card imprint

What matters for a motorhome stopover
- Short nights and late arrivals
- Pitches held back for passing trade
- Waste disposal and hook-up billed per use
- Payment taken at booking
- Confirmation by email
- Today’s arrivals and departures at a glance

Site map
The site map, self-service
Guests see what is left, filter on what they need, pick their pitch and pay. Reception picks up the phone less often.
What they can filter on
- Electrical hook-up, from 6 to 16 amps
- Length of the tow and the caravan
- Pitch size and shade
- Distance to the washrooms and the pool
- Pitches open to pets
- Aspect and view
You decide which categories appear, which stay lengths are possible and which days allow arrivals. A pitch taken off the map is off sale.
What the guest sees

- Pitch available
- Pitch already booked
- Marker to open
Pricing
The right price, at the right time
Four settings lay out a whole season. You revisit them when the season shifts, not every week.
Seasons
Low, shoulder, high and peak: as many rate cards as the season calls for, set once for the year.
Occupancy thresholds
A rate that moves as the ground fills up, along steps you set yourself.
Stay lengths
Minimum and maximum nights, by period and by pitch category.
Arrival days
Saturday to Saturday in high season, open the rest of the year.

Long stays
Long stays, without chasing
A season-long contract is not three nights in August. The schedule is set once, the rest follows.
Payments spread over the season
You split the stay into instalments: at signature, at opening, partway through the season.
Recurring invoicing
An invoice is issued at each instalment of the schedule you set, itemised down to the services.
Balance tracking
What has been paid and what is still owed, pitch by pitch, in one view.
Documents sent by email
Contract, invoice, receipt: everything leaves from the record, nothing is reprinted.
Taking payment
Deposits, pre-authorisations, staged payments and security deposits by card imprint. The platform is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Ancillary revenue
What adds up beyond the night
A basket with several lines, sold while the guest still has a card in hand. What sells at booking is never chased at the counter.
- Firewood and kindling
- Ice and drinks
- Bike hire
- Laundry tokens
- Pool access
- Day visitors
- Pets
- Electricity package
The list is built property by property, with its own stock levels and selling periods.
Before, after

Frequently asked
What we are asked most
How long does setup take?
From a few days to a few weeks, depending on the size of the ground and the number of categories. We handle the setup of pitches, rates and rules, train the team, then review everything before you go live.
Can guests pick a specific pitch?
Yes. They filter on what matters to them, then select a pitch on the map. You keep control of the categories shown, the stay lengths allowed and the arrival days.
Does it work with my website and my current tools?
The booking engine fits into your existing website. The channel manager keeps rates and availability current on booking platforms. Connections also exist with invoicing and accounting tools.
How are payments kept secure?
Deposits, pre-authorisations and staged payments go through a PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform, with anti-fraud controls. Card numbers are never stored on your record.
How do you handle long stays?
Through instalments spread over the season, recurring invoicing at each instalment, balance tracking pitch by pitch, and documents sent by email.
Does Reservit charge commission on bookings?
No. The software takes no commission on the bookings it handles, whatever the channel. Any commission remains that of the booking platforms you choose to work with.
