Accurate details, everywhere guests look for you
Reservit is management software for tourist accommodation. The local listings module distributes your property details to search engines, maps, GPS apps and voice assistants, from a single record kept in Reservit.
- One entry, every connected platform
- Corrections made from your back office

Local search, plainly
Local search is your ability to be found when the query carries a place: a property in a city, a district, a street. Printed directories are gone; maps, GPS apps and assistants took over.
The query carries a place
A city, a district, “near me”. Guests look for a property where they intend to sleep.
Listings exist without you
Maps and directories fill up from third-party sources. A wrong opening time or an old address lives there for a long while.
Details contradict each other
Three phone numbers on three platforms, and the guest decides. Often by going elsewhere.
Where your details go
You keep one record, in Reservit. It travels to the platforms connected by our distribution partner, each with its own formats and its own rules.

Name, address, opening hours, photos, links. One reference set of details, kept in one place.

The exact list of destinations is settled during setup: it depends on the country of the property and on the distribution agreements in force.
One correction, one route
- 1
You correct it in Reservit
A front desk opening time, a photo, a phone number. The change happens where you already work.
- 2
Reservit sends the record
The details travel to our distribution partner, with no re-entry on your side.
- 3
Every platform is served
The partner pushes the record in the format each connected destination expects.
- 4
You check the distribution
A report shows, platform by platform, what went through and what is still pending.
Every platform publishes at its own pace, and some review before they display. Reservit controls the sending, not the publishing schedule.
What gets distributed
What the module sends to the platforms. Nothing more, and nothing about your guests.

The Book button on your Google listing
Reservit is connected directly to Google. Your property listing can carry a booking button that opens your Reservit engine.
Guests stay inside their search
They see your property, tap Book, and land on your own availability and rates.
The booking arrives direct
It reaches Reservit like a booking from your own site: no software commission.
Your rates stay yours
They are the rates from your engine, kept in Reservit, not those of a distribution platform.

What the module changes
| Situation | Without the module | With the module |
|---|---|---|
| Changing an opening time | Platform by platform, by hand | One entry in Reservit |
| Changing address or phone number | Listings that contradict each other | One reference set of details |
| An exceptional closure | Forgotten on the maps | Carried to the connected platforms |
| A booking button on Google | Missing, or pointing to a third party | Pointing to your Reservit engine |
| Knowing where you appear | No record at all | A distribution report |
What it does not do
It does not buy ranking
Ranking belongs to the search engines. The module works on what is verifiable: details that are accurate, complete and consistent from one platform to the next.
It does not handle reviews
It distributes property details. Answering reviews is a different job.
It does not replace your website
A well-kept listing leads somewhere. Your site and your engine remain the destination.
It does not touch your guests
The route carries property details only. None of your guests’ data enters it.
The questions we get
Does the module guarantee first place on Google?
No. Ranking belongs to the search engines and nobody sells it. The module acts on what can be checked: a listing that is complete, accurate and consistent across platforms.
Do I need an account on every platform?
No. Connections are made during setup. If you already have a Google business profile, it is taken over rather than recreated.
Do I lose control of my Google listing?
No. The listing stays yours. The module writes the details you keep in Reservit; you can still work on it directly.
Do my changes appear everywhere straight away?
No. Reservit sends as soon as you save; publishing does not depend on us. Each platform applies its own delays, and some review before they display.
Does the Book button point to a distribution platform?
No. It opens your Reservit booking engine. The booking arrives direct, with your own rates and conditions.
Is it included in my Reservit subscription?
No. It is a Reservit Boost module, added to your contract. Pricing depends on the number of properties and is given during the demo.
