Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your images, your logo and your colours, or start from one of our templates and adapt it. Nothing forces you to keep a standard layout.
Is the card sent to the recipient automatically?
Yes. As soon as payment clears, the card is emailed to the recipient chosen by the buyer, with a unique code and instructions. Nothing to do on your side.
Can the recipient book on their own with the code?
Yes. They enter the code during the online booking, the system validates it and deducts the matching amount. The booking then lands in your calendar like any other.
Can I track what has been sold and what has been redeemed?
Yes. The dashboard shows amounts sold, amounts redeemed, remaining balances and redemption dates, with an export for your accounting.
Can I set a validity period?
Yes, the system handles a validity date and lets you extend it. One caveat: gift card expiry is regulated by law and the rules differ from one country to the next. Check what your own regulation allows before setting a period.
Can I sell a card with an open amount?
Yes. A card can carry a service defined in advance, or simply an amount that the recipient spends as they wish across your offers.
