Know where you stand, without retyping a single line

Nine figures that show what matters
They are calculated from your bookings, with nothing extra to enter.
Occupancy rate
The share of units let against units available, day by day.
Average room rate
The average rate actually collected on accommodation, excluding extras.
RevPAR
Revenue measured against every available unit, let or not.
Average booking value
What one booking brings in, accommodation and extras together.
Average length of stay
The number of nights per stay over the chosen period.
Room nights
The volume of nights sold, across every unit.
Rooms let
The count of units actually occupied over the period.
Booking window
The average lead time between booking and arrival.
Revenue
Accommodation, extras and the total, on a single page.
One dashboard, three ways to count
The same revenue figure means different things depending on the date it hangs on. The dashboard switches from one reading to another without changing screen.
Stay date
23,400 €
produced over the period
What the period actually produced. The operator’s reading.
Booking date
27,100 €
sold during the period, stays still to come included
What sold during the period, for stays still to come. The commercial reading.
Invoice date
21,800 €
invoiced over the period
What was invoiced during the period. The accounting reading.
Every report carries the date and time it was last refreshed. The daily accommodation revenue report keeps confirmed or stayed bookings and leaves extras out; the average booking value includes them.
Where your bookings come from
Break revenue down by source, by service and by period, then set it beside last year’s.
By channel
Direct site, connected platforms, telephone, front desk: each with its own volume.
By service
Accommodation, breakfasts, activities, spa, parking: line by line.
Cancellation rate
By channel, next to revenue: a cancelled volume shows up straight away.
Against past years
The current year’s curve sits on top of the two previous ones.
| Channel | Bookings | Revenue | Cancellation rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| My website | 21 | 15,400 € | 6% |
| 12 | 9,700 € | 12% | |
| Booking.com | 7 | 5,900 € | 14% |
| Expedia | 3 | 2,300 € | 9% |
| Airbnb | 2 | 1,500 € | 8% |
| Telephone | 6 | 4,800 € | 3% |
| Front desk | 3 | 2,100 € | 0% |
What the coming days already show
The same screen, turned forward: arrivals, departures, stayovers and occupancy rate, day by day.
Arrivals and departures
Each day’s movement, fifteen days ahead.
Stayover rooms
What stays occupied from one night to the next, and drives housekeeping.
Closed and optioned
Out of service, blocked or held on option: they leave the available count.
| Day | Arrivals | Departures | Stayovers | Occupied | Available | Occupancy |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Thursday | 3 | 2 | 5 | 8 | 10 | 44.4% |
| Friday | 8 | 2 | 6 | 14 | 4 | 77.8% |
| Saturday | 5 | 3 | 11 | 16 | 2 | 88.9% |
| Sunday | 2 | 11 | 5 | 7 | 11 | 38.9% |
The forecast projects what is already booked. It does not predict demand still to come.
Six reports, six questions about money
What the day produced, what has been collected, and what has not yet.
Daily ledger
The day’s revenue, payments, discounts and the balance still outstanding.
Payment tracking
Every payment taken over the period, filtered by payment method.
Accounts receivable
Services invoiced and not settled, with the balance left to pay.
Unbilled services
What has been consumed and not yet placed on an invoice.
Revenue report
The breakdown by service category, before tax and after tax.
Figures summary
Payments, debits and revenue by unit type, side by side.
| Service | Revenue before tax | VAT | Tourist tax | Revenue after tax |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Accommodation | 13,700 € | 1,370 € | 480 € | 15,550 € |
| Breakfasts | 144 € | 14 € | 0 € | 158 € |
| Spa and wellness | 180 € | 36 € | 0 € | 216 € |
| Parking | 66 € | 13 € | 0 € | 79 € |
| Total | 14,090 € | 1,433 € | 480 € | 16,003 € |
Every line separates VAT from tourist tax, and the report can be produced with or without tax.
A report that travels
What is on screen comes out of the software in the shape the recipient expects.
As a PDF
For an attachment, a board meeting or a financing file.
As a spreadsheet
For your accountant, who picks up the columns without retyping them.
Over the period you want
A free date range, not just the calendar month.
Filtered
By room, by channel or by offer, without leaving the report.
Refreshed on demand
A button runs the calculation again when the day has moved.
Kept as a favourite
A report you open every week is one click away.

| Sending it to the accountant | Retyped into another tool | Spreadsheet export |
What statistics will not do
Better said before signing than after.
They report, they do not decide
The forecast projects what is booked. Acting on rates and availability is the job of Revenue Management.
They do not keep your books
Reports go to your accountant; they are not a substitute for accounting.
They are worth what the entry is worth
A booking taken outside the software appears in no report.
What people ask us
Do I have to export my data to a spreadsheet to get my statistics?
No. Statistics are included in the software and are read in the interface. The spreadsheet export exists to pass a report on, not to build one.
Are the figures calculated in real time?
No. The dashboard runs on consolidated data and shows the date and time it was last refreshed. The invoicing reports, for their part, cover the day in progress.
Can I compare with the previous year?
Yes. Comparison with the previous year is a setting on the dashboard and on the revenue report. The curves are drawn on the same chart.
Do statistics replace my accounting?
No. These are operating reports. They go to your accountant, who remains the one keeping the books and filing the returns.
Is tax broken down in the reports?
Yes. The revenue report separates VAT from tourist tax, line by line, and shows both the amount before tax and the amount after tax.
Can I see occupancy for the coming days?
Yes. The activity forecast shows arrivals, departures, stayover rooms and the occupancy rate, day by day. It projects what is already booked; it does not predict demand.
Are bookings from the platforms counted?
Yes, as long as they arrive through the channel manager. A booking entered outside the software appears in no report.
