What we get asked
Does the Spa module work without accommodation?
Yes. A wellness centre can run this module alone. If you also manage accommodation, a restaurant or activities, every module is read from the same interface.
Can each practitioner have their own schedule?
Yes. One schedule per practitioner, treatment room or treatment type, each with its hours, days off and the services it covers. Display them together or one at a time.
Does Reservit take a commission on treatments sold online?
No. The software takes no commission on the bookings it handles. Third-party platforms keep theirs: Reservit does not remove them.
Are online payments secure?
Yes. Payments run through the Reservit platform, certified PCI-DSS Level 1. You set the rule: full payment, deposit, or card imprint.
Can I sell gift cards from my website?
