How long does setup take?
From a few days to a few weeks, depending on the number of rooms, your rates and your availability. Initial training is included, and our teams stay reachable while you find your feet.
Will it work with my current website?
Yes. The booking engine fits any website, whatever it was built with. If you do not have a site, the Reservit website builder makes one.
Does Reservit take a commission on my bookings?
No. The software takes no commission on the bookings it handles. Booking channels do continue to charge their own on the bookings that come from them.
How do payments work?
Deposit on booking, card imprint as a guarantee, balance taken on the date you choose, payment link for a booking taken over the phone. The detail lives on the payments page.
Can I run everything from my phone?
Yes. The calendar, the day’s arrivals, adding an extra and taking payment all work from a phone or a tablet, with nothing to install on a computer.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Initial training is included, with further sessions if you need them. Video tutorials, guides and a help portal stay available afterwards.
