A flat subscription, never a percentage of your bookings
The whole suite, the support and more than 50 integrations fit into a single subscription. Its price depends on the type of property and the number of units, never on your sales volume.

- More than 50 integrations with your sales platforms, with no usage fees
- The direct connection to Google, with no fees and no cost per booking

Three things, nothing else
The rest is included. No hidden fees, and no commission taken by the software on the bookings you handle.
-
The type of propertyHotel, campground, inn, cabin, hostel or outfitter. The needs are not the same, and neither is the price.
-
The number of unitsRooms, sites, cabins, pitches. The price follows the actual size of the property.
-
The extra modulesOnline check-in, guest messaging, extras, pre-arrival, CRM, guest reviews, online reputation, local listings, metasearch advertising, website, and specialized modules such as restaurant or spa. They are added only if you choose them.
Support is part of the price
Three items that others bill as options, and that are never quoted separately here.
-
Onboarding and trainingAn account manager, a go-live schedule, and guided training for your teams.
-
Support includedA team based in Canada, reached by phone or by email, at no extra charge.
-
Security and complianceTwo-factor authentication, access logs, and a PCI DSS certified payment environment.
What the subscription replaces
Most properties that come to Reservit were juggling four tools and four invoices.
| Day to day | With several tools | With Reservit |
|---|---|---|
| Your sales channels | Updated one by one, with a risk of overbooking | One entry, distributed everywhere |
| Your bookings | Split across email, spreadsheets and extranets | One calendar, from enquiry to checkout |
| Your payments | Manual follow-ups, cards taken at the desk | Deposits and balances collected on your rules |
| Your suppliers | Four subscriptions, four contacts | One subscription, one team in Canada |
| What you pay | Amounts that track your sales volume | A flat amount, known in advance |

They are all in the subscription. Switch one on today and another in six months, without the invoice moving.

The rollout, then the day to day
We want to underline how available and professional the Reservit team is. They listen, they support our property effectively in running the solution, and they answer our questions clearly and to the point.
Excellent support from Reservit. I am still learning, and the team is always there to get me through this transition.
For a few months now I have been dealing with Reservit support, and the answers are clear and courteous, by email as much as by phone.
Before you request an offer
What is included in the subscription?
The ten modules of the suite, without exception, more than 50 integrations with your sales platforms, updates, onboarding, training and support. Everything else is added only if you choose it: the restaurant, spa, activities and gift certificate modules, as well as online check-in, guest messaging, extras and services, pre-arrival, CRM, guest reviews, online reputation, local listings, metasearch advertising (Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, Tripadvisor…) and the website builder. The direct connection to Google is included, with no fees and no cost per booking. Users are unlimited, and managing several properties is included.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. The software takes no commission, whatever your volume. Distribution platforms do keep theirs: Reservit does not remove them.
Does a booking coming from a connected platform cost me more?
Not with Reservit. More than 300 distribution partners are available with Reservit, and more than 50 integrations are included in the subscription, with no usage fee: the number of bookings coming through them changes nothing on your invoice. The platform commission itself remains owed to the platform, and some connections to third-party partners carry partner fees, which are stated to you before activation.
Why are prices not shown?
Because a single price list would be wrong for almost everyone. A six-room inn and a two-hundred-site campground do not pay the same thing. You receive a written offer, priced on your property.
Is the commitment yearly?
Yes. Offers carry a yearly commitment. Payment itself can be monthly or yearly.
Does my price change if I add units during the year?
Yes. Adding or removing units adjusts the billing on a prorated basis, according to the terms of your contract.
Do you migrate my data from my previous software?
Yes. Migrating your booking data is included in the installation price. The team also carries over your initial configuration.
