Frequently asked questions
Does Reservit take a commission on my bookings?
No. The software commission is zero, whatever the booking volume. Commissions owed to distribution platforms do remain yours to pay: Reservit does not remove them.
Do I need to rebuild my website to use Reservit?
No. The booking engine fits into your existing website. If you do not have one, the website builder is available as an option.
Can Reservit connect to the software I already use?
Yes in most cases: 300+ partners are already available, from distribution platforms to management software and payment terminals.
Is Reservit suitable for a small property?
Yes. The software was designed in 1999 for independent accommodation. A three-unit lodge and a multi-property group run on the same platform, with different modules.
Who operates Reservit in Canada?
Softbooker Technologies inc., whose team is based in Montreal. The software is published by the group, which joined Zucchetti in 2024.
