Before you write to us
My password is rejected: is my account always the cause?
No. Maintenance or an incident produces the same message. Check the service status page before you reset anything.
My property belongs to a network: which address do I use?
The Europe portal covers several sign-in addresses: one for independent properties and one for each partner network. You pick yours when you open the Europe portal, on this page.
Do the Canada portal and the Europe portal share one account?
No. Each portal has its own accounts. A Canadian property signs in to the Canada portal, even if the group owns properties elsewhere.
Do I need to install software to open the back office?
No. Everything runs in the browser. A mobile app comes alongside it for tracking arrivals and departures.
Can I create a separate login for each person on the team?
Yes. Accounts are created in the back office, with rights per screen. Sharing one login makes it impossible to tell who did what.
I changed plan: do I change portal?
No. The sign-in address depends on the country of the property, not on the modules you subscribe to.
