"Three options making reservations easier"

ReservIT manages a variety of reservation modes depending on the information recorded by the hotelier in the vacancy database.

The customer can thus make:
A firm reservation if this information is up-to-date,
A reservation or price request if the scheduling and/or the prices are not provided.

 Firm Reservation

The Internet user makes a firm reservation: the prices and vacancies are displayed. A confirmation fax or e-mail is sent to the hotel. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the Internet user.

 Reservation request

The Internet user makes a reservation request and knows the prices but not the availabilities. He enters his credit card number to confirm the reservation if available. The request is forwarded to the hotel by either fax or e-mail.
The hotel accepts or refuses the reservation depending on its vacancies. The response is then sent by mail to the Internet user.

 Price request

The Internet user makes a reservation request. This is sent to the hotel by either fax or e-mail.
The hotel communicates its prices. An e-mail is sent to the Internet user.
The Internet user accepts or rejects the reservation depending on the prices. A fax or e-mail is sent to the hotel.

The reservation centre can be used to process the request. In this case, the hotel receives a fax which it then returns to the centre with all the information.
