ReservIT CLIENT is the dedicated interface for hotel searches and reservations. It is integrated with your Web site, adopting your graphics chart to ensure maximum transparency.

Multiple search modes

ReservIT has multi-criteria, geographic and availability-based search engines.
The multi-criteria search engine can be fully configured for the facilities and specifics of your hotels. You can add or delete criteria at any time.
The geographic search engine allows the Internet user to search by hotel location.
It is also possible to dynamically position the hotel representation icons on static or dynamic map backgrounds supplied by the specialist supplier of your choice.
The availability search is based on the number of rooms wanted according to the age of the person in order to always provide relevant answers.

The results of the search present the hotels in order of criteria matches. If no hotels are available, the "nearest" (geographically or according to the criteria) results are then presented.

An intelligent display

Using a dynamic mode, the search pages present the hotels in the order of the number of criteria matching the user's request. If no hotels are found, ReservIT presents the "nearest" (geographically or according to the criteria) results.

The objective:

	To present a list of hotels that best match the request
	To offer constantly updated information
	To always offer alternatives even if none of the criteria can be matched

Descriptive file for the establishments

These files give a description of each hotel, with photographs, a presentation of the hotel, facilities, attractions, as well as map directions.
The hotels or the system administrator has full autonomy to modify and update the data. The layout can be fully personalised.

Reservation engine

Reservations are made in 4 steps:

	Selection of dates and number of people (adults and children).
	Available rooms and rates.
	Selection of reservation options (breakfast, car park, etc.).
	Completing the guest form and secure payment.

When the reservation has been completed, the Internet user can print a voucher. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent in any case.

ReservIT manages firm reservations, as well as reservation requests for those hotels that do not provide online details of their vacancies.

Industry client access

A specific access can be configured for industry clients. Using a login and password, they can access ReservIT Client where they are offered a selection of hotels subject to specific conditions and pricing.
